Duties
Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials
Support carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople by handing tools and supplies as needed
Load and unload construction materials safely and efficiently
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Help with the installation of basic structures such as framing, fencing, or scaffolding under supervision
Perform general cleanup tasks to ensure the site remains organized and hazard-free
Operate basic power tools and equipment with proper training and supervision
Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
Basic understanding of construction processes is a plus but not required; willingness to learn on the job is essential
Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and collaborate effectively with team members
Reliable transportation to access job sites regularly
Prior experience in construction or manual labor roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PIPE FITTING.
OSHA-10 IS A REQUIREMENT( options to obtain certification available)
MUST HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE OR TRANSPORTATION. (NOT PUBLIC TRANSIT)
