What you’ll be doing:
Planting, transplanting and maintaining flowers, plants, and greenhouse and nursery stock.
Installing rock gardens, ponds, decks, drainage systems, fences and planters.
Installing, operating and maintaining watering systems
Seeding, sodding and caring for lawns.
Trimming and pruning hedges, trees and shrubs.
Handle landscape machinery in a careful manner while wearing the appropriate gear to ensure safety.
And more with proper training.
Job Qualifications:
Are experienced in any combination of lawn care, carpentry, masonry, gardening, permaculture, welding and various other aspects of landscaping
Work well in a team dynamic and are teachable.
Embody a strong work ethic.
Value character traits such as honesty, integrity, efficiency and accountability.
Able to lift up to 125 lbs or more.
Must be able to work in ALL seasons.
Reliable and committed to growing with the company.
Heavy machinery experience is a bonus!
