Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and dependable Site Supervisor/Porter to join our Austin team. This individual will play a critical role in daily operations—keeping the lot organized, vehicles clean and ready for rental, and assisting customers on-site. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, shows up every day ready to go, and ensures our location runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the vehicle lot and facility
• Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles upon return to rental condition standards
• Assist with returned or repossessed vehicles to prepare them for re-rental
• Coordinate vehicle movement to and from service shops, car washes, and inspection sites
• Support the branch manager and operations team with general upkeep and light facility maintenance
• Perform vehicle check-ins and assist with inspections and documentation
• Ensure RideShare Carz safety, quality, and service standards are consistently met
Qualifications
• High energy, positive attitude, and punctuality are essential
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Must be dependable and available to work full 40-hour weeks
• Customer service or automotive experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
