What You’ll Be Doing:
Helping our Route Leads knock out commercial jobs on time and up to spec
Learning to run equipment: pressure washers, surface cleaners, stripers, sealers
Loading/unloading gear, staging materials, and keeping jobs organized
Stepping up as a Route Lead when needed (we train you)
Working on real properties with real results — you’ll see what you accomplished every day
What We Expect (Non-Negotiables):
You show up on time, every time
You can lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors, and handle Texas heat
You can take direction, stay focused, and keep a good attitude
You’re flexible—some work happens early mornings or nights depending on the property
Driver’s license preferred (not required).
