We're growing and looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to join our professional cleaning company serving some of Austin's premier homes, restaurants, and commercial properties.

Pay & Benefits:
* **$20–$25 per hour**, based on experience
* **$500 retention bonus after 90 days**

What You'll Do
* Clean residential and commercial properties to our high standards
* Work independently and as part of a team
* Follow detailed cleaning checklists and procedures

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

* Physically able to lift up to 30 pounds and remain active throughout the workday
Requirements:
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Authorized to work in the United States
* Ability to pass a background check
* Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
