We are seeking dependable and safety-focused General Laborers to join a growing battery manufacturing facility. This position offers the opportunity to work in a clean, climate-controlled industrial environment supporting the movement and handling of battery products throughout the facility.
Candidates must be comfortable working around hazardous materials while following strict safety procedures and wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Job Responsibilities
Safely move, transport, and stage batteries and battery components throughout the facility.
Load, unload, and organize materials to support production and warehouse operations.
Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials and battery products.
Wear required PPE, including a respirator and chemical-resistant coveralls, throughout designated work areas.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with inventory movement, material handling, and production support as needed.
Follow all OSHA guidelines, company safety policies, and environmental regulations.
Work efficiently with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, production, or material handling preferred.
Comfortable working around hazardous materials in a controlled industrial environment.
Must be able to wear a respirator and chemical-resistant coveralls for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift.
Strong attention to safety and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required.
