Position: Mill Worker / Production
Location: Fine Lumber & Plywood, 9407 Brown Lane, Austin, TX 78754
Type: Full-time

What You’ll Be Doing:
🪵 Feed hardwood into moulder machines
🪵 Measure and count production runs (accuracy matters)
🪵 Follow work tickets (species, profiles, quantities)
🪵 Lift, sort, and handle lumber and finished trim
🪵 Assist with gang rip operations and quality checks
🪵 Operate forklift (or learn to)
🪵 General work around Mill and Warehouse as needed
Requirements:
🔧 Authorized to work in the United States
🔧 Ability to understand and communicate in English (for safety and instructions)
🔧 Physically able to lift and stand for long periods
🔧 Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
🔧 Strong attention to detail — mistakes cost time and material
🔧 Production, mill, or forklift experience is a plus

Pay:
💵 $16–$18+ per hour (based on experience)
