We are currently seeking two Maintenance Technicians for a hotel located in Downtown Austin. Candidates should have experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or building maintenance in a hotel, apartment, commercial, or similar environment.
Responsibilities include:
Minor plumbing repairs
Drywall patching and repairs
Painting and touch-ups
Light fixture replacement and basic electrical work
Preventative maintenance
General property maintenance tasks
Requirements:
Maintenance or handyman experience
Hotel, apartment, or commercial property experience preferred
Ability to understand and communicate in basic English
Reliable, professional, and able to start immediately
