Experienced HVAC Residential Service Technician/Warranty Technicians

• 1+ year of HVAC experience in service including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues. 
• Type I & II EPA Certificion
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expection
• TDLR License  

Experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heing and air conditioning systems         
• Build client relionships by providing outstanding service through communicion and customer service skills          
• Educe your customers on their maintenance requirements                        
• Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards

 HVAC Comfort Advisor (CA)

• Conduct on-site evaluions to determine each homeowner’s specific HVAC requirements and comfort goals.
• Clearly outline recommended heing and cooling options, including system capabilities, pricing structures, and financing opportunities.
• Establish strong customer relionships by demonstring professionalism, honesty, and a deep understanding of HVAC products and solutions.
• Cree comprehensive proposals based on customer needs and present them in a way th supports informed decision‑making.
• Manage all incoming leads by responding promptly, maintaining consistent communicion, and keeping customers upded throughout the sales process.
• Partner closely with installion and service departments to ensure the customer’s project moves smoothly from sale to completion.
• Consistently meet or exceed established sales objectives on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Stay informed on current HVAC equipment, energy‑efficient technologies, warranty programs, and industry trends.
• Accurely document customer interactions, estimes, and follow‑up tasks within the CRM or assigned company systems.
• Ask detailed questions to fully understand customer preferences and provide system recommendions tailored to their home and budget.
• Deliver engaging product presentions and demonstrions th highlight system advantages and long‑term value.
• Guide customers through contract terms, negotie pricing when approprie, and finalize agreements while ensuring a positive overall experience.

HVAC Residential Lead Installer 

• Install/Replace HVAC equipment including, but not limited to: ductwork, tic and/or vertical splits (gas or he pump), rooftop package units (gas or he pump)
• Maintain good working order of company vehicle
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
• Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communiced to the customer
• Design Duct Systems for Optimal Comfort and Efficiency
• Engage in conversion with the homeowner to uncover any concern or interests regarding their AC system which could lead to potential accessory sales or a new system replacement
• Understand company pricing program and genere approprie customer invoices and other paperwork the job site and electronically process credit card payments
• Participe in company-provided training opportunities on customer service and the lest industry technologies.
• Work with apprentices and entry-level installers to coach and mentor

HVAC Install Helpers Residential 

• Assist installion of all brands and types of HVAC units
• Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stions and other areas.
• Performing start-up of equipment
• Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools.
• Communicing efficiently with management, dispch, and the customer to ensure overall success of the company
• Keeping accure invoices and time sheets
• Clean or lubrice vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, organized job site and inventoried truck

Do I have Wh it Takes?

• Must have EPA license.
• Registrion as a technician with TDLR is a requirement.
• 2 - 5+ years of experience in service, install, maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
• Mechanical aptitude    
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expections
• Results driven in a high-energy environment                
• Attention to detail                
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
• Service Titan experience preferred
