We’re looking for reliable people who want to grow into future Crew Leads as the company expands.
💵 PAY & BENEFITS
• $20–$23/hr DOE
• Regular overtime available
• Paid travel time from the shop to job sites
• Company-supported overnight travel when needed
• Clear advancement path into leadership roles
🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Assist with installation of rainwater collection systems
• Trenching, pipe laying (PVC), and system setup
• Operate power tools, trenchers, and mini excavators
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials
• Install water tanks and prep systems for plumbing connections
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Work with a team to complete projects efficiently
📍 WORK SCHEDULE
• Typically 45–50 hours/week
• Start at 7:00 AM daily at the shop
• Travel to job sites in company vehicles
• Some projects may be 2–4 hours away
• Occasional overnight stays possible

• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Basic hand/power tool experience
• Able to read a tape measure and follow instructions
• Team player who takes pride in quality work
• Wants long-term growth and leadership opportunities
⭐ BONUS IF YOU HAVE:
• Construction, landscaping, plumbing, or field experience
• Experience operating trenchers or mini excavators
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
Candidates 25+ with a clean driving record may qualify for higher pay as a designated driver.
