Landscape Theory Studio is an award-winning design-build landscape company specializing in high-quality residential outdoor living spaces. We believe exceptional landscapes begin with exceptional craftsmanship. Our team builds custom patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, outdoor living spaces, planting installations, and other landscape features with a strong focus on quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
We're looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Team Member who takes pride in their work, enjoys learning new skills, and wants to be part of a professional team that values craftsmanship.
Required Qualifications
Eligible to work in the United States
Minimum 2 years of landscape construction experience
Experience with:
Stone masonry
Paver and flagstone patios
Concrete installation
Welding
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to our shop
Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
Preferred Skills
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
Plant installation and plant identification
Irrigation installation and repairs
Carpentry and wood structures
Drainage systems
Boulder placement
Steel edging
Landscape lighting
Equipment operation (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
Reading landscape plans and construction details
What We Offer
$22–$28/hour, depending on experience and skill set
