We are a high-end residential landscape design and installation business looking for guys who like to workout outside all day.
This is basically a paid workout. If you are lazy, this job is not for you.
Guys who are experienced or wanting to learn new skills should apply.
Requirements:
Have your own reliable transportation. The bus does not count.
Be able to lift 100 lbs without hurting yourself.
You need to have a good work ethic, be good at taking direction, and be a self-starter.
Experience preferred but we are willing to train the right guy.
This is a rewarding job. We get to transform spaces into cool environments that will outlive all of us.
Seeing the fruits of our labor on a daily basis is a great feeling.
We pay more than the rest of the landscape companies out there because we require excellent workmanship out of everyone.
We take pride in our work and it shows. All of our guys enjoy this job. You must have a good attitude. Bad apples not tolerated.
Bonuses and raises are based on performance.
You must carry your own weight. Nobody gets paid more to pick up someone else's slack.

We work 40 hours a week year round. We do not offer OT.
Pay days are every other Friday.
