Landscape Theory Studio is an award-winning landscape design-build company serving the Greater Austin area. We create and maintain exceptional outdoor spaces through thoughtful design, expert craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Our services include landscape installation, landscape maintenance, planting, irrigation, drainage, lighting, patios, masonry, and outdoor living spaces.
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscape Team Member who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. If you're motivated, eager to learn, and want to grow with a professional team, we'd love to meet you.
Required Qualifications
Eligible to work in the United States
Minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance and/or landscape installation experience
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to our shop
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Dependable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Preferred Skills
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
Plant installation and plant identification
Irrigation installation and repair
Lawn mowing and commercial equipment operation
String trimming and edging
Shrub and ornamental tree pruning
Mulching and seasonal landscape maintenance
Welding and metal landscape features
Drainage installation
Landscape lighting
Masonry and hardscape installation
Equipment operation (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits
$22–$26/hour, based on experience and skills
Weekly pay
Two weeks of paid time off
