Position Summary
FINITE Green Sights is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Landscape Technician I to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining commercial properties, and wants to grow within the landscaping industry.
The Landscape Technician will assist the Crew Leader with routine landscape maintenance, operate landscaping equipment safely, and help ensure our clients receive exceptional service every day.
Essential Responsibilities:
Assist with commercial landscape maintenance at multiple client properties.
Safely operate:
String trimmers (weed eaters/weed whackers)
Commercial lawn mowers
Leaf blowers
Hedge trimmers
Other landscaping equipment as assigned.
Mow, edge, trim, and maintain turf areas.
Remove weeds, debris, and litter from properties.
Assist with shrub trimming and pruning.
Help spread mulch, soil, fertilizer, and other landscape materials.
Assist with irrigation inspections and basic repairs when directed.
Load, unload, clean, and maintain tools and equipment.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with clients.
Perform other duties assigned by the Crew Leader or Director of Operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Previous landscaping experience is helpful but not required.
Experience operating a weed trimmer and commercial mower is preferred.
Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the designated meeting location.
Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.

Language Requirements:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members is highly desirable.

Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods.
Work outdoors in hot, cold, humid, and rainy weather.
