Experience
• Must understand different insulation products and building codes
• Open and closed cell spray foam (roof decks, walls, mid floors, crawlspaces, metal buildings, etc.)
• Rockwool (mineral wool)
• Fiberglass batt
• Blown-in fiberglass
• Polyseal, prep, and clean
Equipment
• For spray foam jobs, subs must have access to a fully operational rig
• Subs must have all hand tools, ladders, bakers scaffold, and personal protective equipment
• Lifts and scaffolding are included in the job cost but subs must get it to and from the job
Work Standards
• Responsive communication is mandatory
• Complete jobs start to finish (polyseal, prep, and clean) with high quality
• Proactively communicate issues, delays, or scope questions
• Jobs must pass City required inspections
