We are looking for 3 experienced painters to start immediately on a residential interior project.
Pay
$250 per day per painter
This rate is NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Project Details
Whole house interior
Project has already been started
Popcorn ceilings have already been removed
Work includes:
Skim coating
Interior painting
Caulking
Estimated timeline: 3–4 days
Project must be completed by Friday of next week
Requirements
Experience with skim coating and interior painting is required.
Must have your own basic painting tools.
Reliable transportation.
Show up on time every day.
Work fast while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Good communication is required.
Long-Term Opportunity
The $250/day rate applies during your first 90 days with our company. After that, we will review your performance and discuss a new pay rate based on your quality, speed, reliability, and production.

El proyecto debe terminarse antes del viernes de la próxima semana
Requisitos
Experiencia en skim coat y pintura interior.
Tener herramientas básicas de pintura.
Transporte confiable.
Llegar a tiempo todos los días.
Trabajar rápido sin sacrificar la calidad.

Oportunidad de Trabajo Permanente
La tarifa de $250 por día aplica durante los primeros 90 días. Después de ese período, evaluaremos su desempeño y negociaremos una nueva tarifa basada en la calidad del trabajo, rapidez, responsabilidad y productividad.
