• Working on ladders and roofs
• Crawling through attics (core part of the job)
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving during installs
You must be professional and presentable. Installers work directly with homeowners and represent the company on site.

Requirements:
• Independent contractor or willing to become one (we help guide you)
• Mechanically minded with construction intuition
• Presentable vehicle
• General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain — we can help)
