We install permanent LED architectural lighting on homes and businesses and are looking for motivated, dependable people to join our installation team.
No lighting experience required. We are willing to train the right person.
What matters most is that you are:
• Reliable
• Mechanically minded
• Comfortable working with your hands
• Able to think through problems and figure things out
What the Job Involves
• Working on ladders and rooflines
• Crawling through attics to run wiring (this is a core part of the job)
• Installing a permanent LED lighting system on homes
• Basic troubleshooting during installs to ensure the system functions properly
• Interacting professionally with homeowners
This is hands-on construction work that also involves understanding and troubleshooting a technology system.
What We’re Looking For
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
• Able to understand standard construction practices and follow install methods
• Comfortable problem-solving when things don’t go exactly as planned
• Willing to learn both the physical install and the technical side of the system
• Comfortable with heights, ladders, and confined attic spaces
• Professional and presentable — installers are the face of the company
• Dependable, coachable, and able to take direction
If you’ve worked in construction, roofing, framing, electrical, or similar hands-on trades, this will feel familiar.
If you struggle with tools, instructions, or problem-solving, this will not be a good fit.
Requirements
• Presentable vehicle
• Willingness to become an independent contractor
• General Liability Insurance (required — we can help guide you through obtaining this)
• Willingness to acquire ladders as you progress (we can work with you on this)
