As we scale, we're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Quality Control Coordinator to ensure every installation meets our exacting standards - from subbase prep to final infill.
This role puts you at the intersection of the field crew and project management. You'll be our eyes and ears on site, catching issues before they become problems and building the systems that keep our quality consistent across every project.
Overview: We are seeking a skilled Production Quality Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting quality control in the field throughout Texas. The role requires regular driving across multiple territories in your own pickup truck or SUV, so reliable personal transportation is a must. You will be regularly interacting with both residential and commercial customers, so a professional demeanor and strong communication skills are essential. Responsibilities:
- Drive to job sites across Texas to support and oversee production quality activities
- Support installation teams and provide guidance as needed
- Inspect work sites to ensure compliance with quality standards and collaborate with Turf Advisors to plan and execute installations
- Perform and oversee topical turf refreshes, including cleaning, deodorizing, and infill replenishment to extend the life and appearance of installed turf
- Work with the Production Quality team to complete warranty requests
- Work with the production team to improve efficiency and increase capacity

Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Valid driver's license and personal pickup truck or SUV required
- Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented
- Comfortable with technology and capable of learning new computer applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
