We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our collision repair team. This role is critical to ensuring every vehicle leaves our shop meeting safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and our commitment to top-quality repairs.
Responsibilities:
Perform final quality inspections on completed collision repairs
Verify repairs meet OEM specifications and shop standards
Check fit, finish, paint quality, and overall workmanship
Identify issues and communicate clearly with technicians and management
Ensure all safety and quality procedures are followed
Assist with documentation and quality checklists as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in collision repair or automotive quality control preferred
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Solid understanding of body, paint, and refinish processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license
