What You’ll Do
As an Operations Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced Route Leads on commercial projects throughout Central Texas.
You’ll learn how to:
Operate commercial pressure washing equipment
Run professional surface cleaners
Assist with parking lot striping and sealcoating
Load and organize equipment and materials
Complete projects safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
Develop into a Route Lead responsible for managing crews and projects
Every day you’ll leave knowing exactly what you accomplished.
What We Expect
These are non-negotiable:
Show up on time every day
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Comfortable working outdoors in Texas heat
Follow instructions and work safely
Reliable transportation is preferred
Driver’s license preferred but not required
Some projects begin early in the morning or take place at night depending on customer schedules, so flexibility is important.
