Are you a "closer" who isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty?
We're a busy and fast-growing fencing company looking for a motivated Sales Representative who can bridge the gap between a handshake and a finished project.
we need a hands-on professional who can measure jobs accurately and then lead our crews across the finish line.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Estimating: Meet with residential and commercial customers to assess their needs, take precise property measurements, and provide detailed on-site estimates.
Project Oversight: Act as the primary point of contact from contract signing to final walkthrough. You will manage project timelines and ensure quality control.
Crew Support: Work directly with installation crews to ensure they have the materials and direction they need. You aren't just watching—you’re helping solve problems on-site to ensure every job is completed to our high standards.
Relationship Management: Build trust with clients and generate referrals & reviews through exceptional service and follow-through.
What We’re Looking For
A Solid Work Ethic: You are proactive, self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right.
Equipment: Must have your own reliable truck for visiting job sites and potentially moving materials as needed.
Skills: Strong organizational & communication "people skills" are a must. Experience in construction, fencing, or home services sales is highly preferred.
Physical Ability: Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and able to lift/move materials up to 50+ lbs when supporting crews
