You’ll be responsible for checking in on multiple job sites each day, making sure work is progressing on schedule, and helping keep crews organized and productive.
Responsibilities:
Visit several job sites each day to monitor project progress
Ensure projects are staying on schedule and running smoothly
Check in with installers and confirm crews have arrived and are working
Help coordinate between crews, project managers, and leadership
Identify and report any issues that could slow down the project timeline
Help keep job sites organized and productive
What This Job Is Like:
A lot of driving between job sites
Fast-paced and hands-on
A bit of “herding cats” — making sure crews show up and stay on task
Communicating with multiple teams throughout the day
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple job sites and priorities
Dependable and proactive attitude
Construction or field supervision experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation:
$20 per hour
Full time or part time depending on availability
