We are actively expanding our vendor roster and seeking professional, independent Subcontractor Crews, Remodeling Contractors, and Skilled Handymen for ongoing single-family rental turnover and occupied repair work. We eliminate the sales burden for you; our office manages the client relationships and secures the project approvals. Your crew focuses entirely on what they do best: high-quality, efficient field execution.
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR PARTNERS:
• Turnkey Painters: Full interior line prep, drywall repairs, texturing, and clean trim execution.
• Turnover Technicians: Comprehensive punch-list management (hardware replacement, minor cabinetry repair, door hanging, blind installation, light demolition).
• Trade Crews: Localized flooring installation, sheetrock build-backs post-leak, and exterior asset maintenance.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS TO ONBOARD:
1. Business Entity: Must operate as an independent contractor with a valid tax ID (W-9).
2. Protection: Active Commercial General Liability Insurance is mandatory.
3. Equipment: Must possess a reliable work truck, a full set of professional tradesman tools, and necessary ladders.
4. Technology: Must be comfortable utilizing smartphone applications for real-time, on-site photo documentation (Detailed Before/After tracking is required to release project draws).
5. Professionalism: Strict adherence to committed timeline schedules, proactive communication, and an industry-standard quality finish.
