We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to oversee the operation and performance of employees in assigned areas following established schedules and prescribed methods to provide the highest level of quality and safety. Ensure employees are following procedures and complete ground maintenance tasks safely and to the standard of the customer. Motivate employees to provide the highest level of attention to detail in accordance with performance and quality standards. Provide daily quality and safety inspections and make on the spot corrections as needed. Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with outstanding attention to details, dependable, reliable, have excellent communication skills and able to work independently.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Oversee the daily operation of ground maintenance crews and maintain a safe and respectful work environment.
Assign work, monitor performance, evaluate quality of work of employees and report the outcome to management.
Ensures operational and safety and environmental procedures and policies are followed.
Conduct quality control and safety inspections and report findings to management and the safety coordinator.
Train employees in proper ground maintenance techniques to work efficiently and safely with a high level of focus on quality performance.
Maintain open and effective communication with management; provide updates on operations, employees work performance and condition of equipment and vehicles.
Exhibit and promotes excellent customer service and professionalism.
Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
One-three (1-3) years of ground maintenance or equivalent experience and at least one (1) years of supervisory experience required. Education or technical training may be substituted for experience.
Must be able to communicate with management and employees effectively.
Must handle confidential information in a professional and competent manner.
Driver’s license, a good driving record, and must be insurable.
