Responsibilities:
This is NOT a traditional HVAC install position.
If you're only interested in installing equipment, this role will not be a fit. We focus on ductwork, insulation, and home performance.

Building Science knowledge or training
Replace attic ductwork
Blow insulation and perform air sealing
Assist with air leakage testing
Work in attics and use hand/power tools

Requirements:
Handyman or construction skills (doors, trim, sheetrock, etc.)
Quick learner with a strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
Able to lift 50 lbs and work in attics

Benefits:
Up to $25.00 per hour
On-the-job training
Paid time off
