We are a commercial landscape installation and construction company based in Buda with a full project schedule through November and strong backlog beyond that. New projects ramp up in about 3 weeks. We are hiring experienced crew members and a crew lead for high-quality commercial work across Austin and surrounding areas. No maintenance work — this is install and construction only.Positions:Landscape Install Crew Members: $20–$25 per hour (DOE)
Crew Lead: $25–$30 per hour

Key Requirements: Proven experience in commercial landscape installation and construction (minimum 2+ years preferred)
Strong skills in hardscaping, planting, grading, site prep, and reading plans
Irrigation installation and knowledge is a HUGE Plus
Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, work in all weather
Reliable transportation to our Buda shop and job sites in/around Austin
Positive team player with strong work ethic and attention to quality
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for Leads
Experience operating landscape equipment and hand/power tools a plus
