QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (Austin)

The Quality Control Technician assists with developing, maintaining and implementing Quality Control Systems to deliver the continuous production of concrete and precast concrete products which meet established standards. The Quality Control Technician is expected to perform regular pre/post pour inspections and document all aspects of QC processes and procedures.

• Previous experience with and strong working knowledge of concrete batching process;
• Experience with design and control of concrete mixtures
• Knowledge of NPCA standards for pre-cast concrete
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or science-related field
• At least four years’ experience in manufacturing or production

• PCI training levels I, II and III;

• NPCA PQSI, PQSII – QA/QC certification or ACI Field Testing Technician Grade I
• Valid Class C driver’s license; and
• Record of safe driving for the last three years
