The Seasonal Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Department with event planning, execution, and day-to-day marketing activities during the peak season from April through August. This is an on-site role working closely with the Marketing Team to coordinate community events, sponsorship activations, and brand representation efforts across Texas Disposal Systems and its group of companies. The position will assist with social media and email marketing, content creation, and organization of marketing materials.
High school diploma or its equivalent
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field OR equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to represent the company professionally in public-facing environments
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to take initiative and support a variety of marketing and PR activities
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Availability to work on-site, part-time hours from April through August
Availability to work evenings and weekends for events, as needed
Experience supporting events, promotions, or customer-facing roles
Familiarity with social media content creation, including short-form video
Interest in marketing, branding, or public relations
Valid Class C driver’s license
Safe driving record for the past three years
