Red & White Greenery, Inc., a family-owned construction and landscape maintenance firm, has been serving clients in Central Texas since 1983. We are searching for positive and dependable landscape and irrigation crew members to join our team. We value our employees and a respectful work environment. Red & White Greenery is a safety-first company. Construction crew members will assist the foremen and team members to comply with safe work practices and all required PPE. Crew members work as part of a team to ensure project work is performed to contract specifications. Tasks include but are not limited to:
Site Preparation: Clearing land, grading terrain, and digging trenches for drainage or irrigation.
Softscape Implementation: Installing and cultivating lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds according to design specifications.
Equipment Operation: Safely using machinery and equipment: trailers, skid steers, excavators, jackhammers, chainsaws, as well as hand tools like shovels and picks.
Site Maintenance: Sustaining a clean, safe job site and performing preventative maintenance on tools and trucks.
We provide training and support to successfully meet Red & White Greenery standards.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
· 1-2 years’ experience of landscape and irrigation construction
· Valid driver’s license (Preferred, not required)
· Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test
· Commitment to safe machinery operation and utilization of all required PPE
· Ability to work in varied weather conditions
· Ability to take direction & coaching, work independently and as part of a team
· Encourage a positive team atmosphere and willingness to help others
