Perform routine irrigation system checks to ensure proper system functionality and coverage. Efficient use of shovel to dig up pipes, heads, wires, etc as needed for completion of repairs. Replace controllers and irrigation heads as needed to ensure optimal performance and conservation of water. Perform pipe break repairs, valve repairs, trouble-shooting for electrical or pressure issues. Use computer, laptop and/or mobile device to complete work order activities and track materials. Clear communication to customers and staff members.
Must be able to work continoulsy in outside conditions including but not limited to: heat, cold, frequent sitting, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, digging, twisting, lifting upto 90 pounds.
Irrigation repair and digging experience not a must but preferred. Compensation depends on experience.
