Red & White Greenery is a safety-first company. Landscape maintenance techs will assist the crew leader and team to comply with safe work practices and all required PPE. Technicians work as part of a team to ensure all clients’ property is maintained at a level to increase the value and enjoyment of the landscape. Tasks include but are not limited to using power equipment to trim, mow, edge, blow, using pesticides, fertilizers, assisting with mulch bed change out, planting flowers/plants/trees and irrigation.
You'll receive the training and support you need to successfully meet the Red & White Greenery standards.

Must Have:
· 1-2 years’ experience of landscape maintenance
· Possess a valid driver’s license (Preferred, not required)
· Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test
· Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires
· Ability to work in varied weather conditions
· Ability to take direction & coaching, work independently and as part of a team
· Encourage a positive team atmosphere and willingness to help others
