Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Production Manager to run day-to-day shop operations and keep production moving. This is a shop-based role — you’ll be managing crews, coordinating workflow, ordering parts, and making sure everything gets done right and on time.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily shop production and scheduling
- Manage crews, workflow, and job priorities
- Order parts, materials, and supplies as needed
- Track inventory and keep the shop fully stocked
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and up to standard
- Maintain quality control and enforce expectations
- Troubleshoot issues and keep production moving
- Communicate with ownership and team members
