This is a physically demanding, outdoor position best suited for someone who takes pride in detailed work, values teamwork, and is comfortable taking and giving direction while also staying proactive throughout the day.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Safely drive company vehicle with trailers to residential and commercial properties
• Transport tools, machines, and materials between locations
• Obtain and track supplies needed for job sites
• Assist with landscape improvement projects as assigned
• Operate equipment like skid-steers and attachments, excavators, trenchers, tractors
• Load and secure equipment properly before transport
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, and job sites
• Communicate respectfully with coworkers and clients while on-site
As a growing company, responsibilities may shift with seasonal demands or business growth. Team members who bring ideas for efficiency and improvement are encouraged to share them.
Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Confident operating a truck with a trailer (up to 24 ft) and maneuvering in tight areas
• Must have your own form of transportation to and from office (to and from job site transportation will be provided via company vehicle.)
• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual, personable, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

• This is a full-time, labor-intensive outdoor position with potential opportunities for growth for the right employee
