Position Overview
Premier Adjusters, Inc. is seeking a motivated and reliable Door Knocker / Field Spotter to support our recovery operations. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in the field, knocking on doors, gathering information, and assisting in the recovery of collateral. The position involves gridding neighborhoods, direct borrower contact, and field intelligence collection to support our repossession teams.
This role requires flexible availability and a professional, confident approach when interacting with the public.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct door-to-door field work to locate vehicles and obtain accurate information
• Knock on doors to speak with borrowers, neighbors, or property managers when appropriate
• Gather and document information related to vehicle location, usage, or status
• Assist in demanding or facilitating the surrender of collateral in a professional manner
• Perform light gridding and area canvassing to identify vehicles or leads
• Communicate findings clearly with management and recovery agents
• Maintain professionalism, safety awareness, and compliance at all times

Work Schedule
• Flexible hours (daytime, evenings, and weekends as needed)
• Schedule may vary based on assignment volume and field needs

Compensation
• Approximately $52,000 per year, based on workload and performance
• Pay structure discussed during the interview process

Minimum Requirements
• Comfortable with door knocking and face to face interactions
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Automotive repossession or collateral recovery experience
• Prior experience as a field investigator, skip tracer, spotter, or door knocker
• Familiarity with repossession environments and borrower interactions
• Knowledge of local neighborhoods and routing efficiency
