This is a customer-facing role, so professionalism and communication matter just as much as the physical work.
What You’ll Do:
- Seal expansion joints in residential driveways and sidewalks
- Prep joints (cleaning, backer rod install, etc.)
- Apply silicone sealant and finish with sand for a clean look
- Represent the company professionally with homeowners
Requirements:
- Fluent English (you’ll be interacting with homeowners)
- Well-mannered, respectful, and presentable
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work outdoors and perform light physical labor
- Takes pride in doing clean, high-quality work
Schedule:
- Weekdays (flexible to start)
- Part-time to start, with strong potential to grow into full-time
Pay:
- $75 – $225 per day depending on job size and performance
