Are you reliable, physically fit, and take pride in a hard day's work? We’re hiring a full-time Operations Assistant to support our field team and step up as a Route Lead when needed.
At Under Pressure Property Works, we specialize in commercial property maintenance—think pressure washing, parking lot repairs, striping, and making properties shine again. This job is hands-on, outdoors, and requires someone who’s dependable, self-motivated, and has high character.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist Route Leads in completing jobs on time and up to spec
Learn to operate power washers, stripers, sealers, and other specialized equipment
Step in as a Route Lead when needed (we’ll train you!)
Help load/unload gear and prep for jobs
Work directly on properties: no desk, no boredom—real visible impact every day
Requirements:
Must be reliable, punctual, and physically able to work outdoors
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work early mornings or nights when needed
Driver’s license preferred (but not required)
Willing to learn and take direction
