This is a key role within our field operations team—ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and wants to grow with a company that values quality, integrity, and customer experience.
What You’ll Do
• Lead residential and light‑commercial gutter installations, repairs, and replacements
• Install gutter guards, downspouts, drainage solutions, and custom components
• Ensure all work meets BrightFlow’s quality standards and safety protocols
• Manage jobsite workflow, delegate tasks, and oversee crew performance
• Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their skills
• Conduct jobsite assessments and provide accurate recommendations to customers
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean, safe working condition
• Assist with seasonal holiday lighting installations, takedowns, and service calls
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and project managers
What You Bring
• Proven experience in gutter installation, repair, and related exterior services
• Strong understanding of gutter materials, tools, and installation techniques
• Ability to lead a crew and manage jobsite operations independently
• Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in outdoor conditions year‑round
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering top‑tier workmanship
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record & background check required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer‑first mindset
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor safely
