Carpet Cleaning Technician — Full Time
Location: Leander, TX
Join a growing local carpet cleaning team serving Leander and surrounding areas. We’re hiring a reliable, customer-focused Carpet Cleaning Technician to perform residential and commercial work.
Key responsibilities
Clean carpets, tile & grout, upholstery, rugs using truck-mount and portable equipment
Pre-treat and remove stains, deodorize, and apply protectants
Move light furniture safely and restore work area
Maintain equipment, vehicle, and cleaning supplies
Provide friendly customer service and represent the company professionally
Complete paperwork and follow job schedules
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods
Good communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with routine background check
Previous carpet cleaning experience preferred but willing to train motivated candidates
Pay
Competitive hourly rate + tips and commission
Paid training, opportunities for advancement
Work schedule: full time (weekdays, occasional weekends)
