We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Vending Machine Operator to service and maintain vending machines across assigned locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, light logistics, and hands-on tasks.
You will be responsible for restocking products, purchasing inventory, maintaining accurate product placement information in app, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring machines are clean, operational, and well-presented.
Key Responsibilities
• Restock vending machines with food and beverage products
• Rotate inventory and monitor product freshness
• Perform basic machine checks and minor troubleshooting
• Collect and log machine data (cashless systems / inventory levels)
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of machines
• Communicate issues or service needs promptly
• Follow established service routes and procedures
Requirements
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Adequate storage space for inventory
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Basic mechanical aptitude (training provided)
• Smartphone proficiency (apps, photos, basic data entry)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Professional and respectful at client locations
Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Food Safety Certification (e.g., ServSafe or equivalent)
• Prior vending, route service, or delivery experience
• Experience with cashless payment systems (Nayax, etc.)
• Light maintenance or technical background
