Concrete Foreman
We are seeking an experienced bi-lingual Concrete Foreman to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial turnkey concrete construction, including structural concrete, foundations, slabs, site concrete, and paving. If you take pride in producing quality work, leading by example, and keeping projects on schedule, we'd like to hear from you. We are open to hiring a qualified foreman who already has a reliable crew.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations.
• Lead and motivate concrete crews while maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and layout drawings.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to meet production schedules.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project specifications.
• Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce OSHA safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, subcontractors, and customers.
• Train and mentor crew members.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of commercial concrete construction experience.
• Previous experience as a foreman or crew leader.
• Strong knowledge of structural concrete, foundations, slabs, sidewalks, paving, and site work.
• Ability to read construction plans and layout work accurately.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
