We are currently seeking a dependable, punctual, and team-oriented General Laborer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hard work, shows up ready to go, and can adapt to a variety of tasks on the job site.
Position Details
Location: Pflugerville, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week with potential for overtime
Key Responsibilities
Assist with general labor tasks on job site
Move and organize materials as needed
Support team members with daily operations
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Be ready to take on a variety of hands-on tasks
Requirements
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
Dependable and punctual with strong work ethic
Team-oriented attitude
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test (DT
6+ months experience in a construction or labor-related role
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills
This position involves outdoor job site work, physical labor, and exposure to varying weather conditions. Candidates should be comfortable with active, hands-on work throughout the day.
