Position Details
Location: Pflugerville, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week + overtime opportunities
What You’ll Do
Assist with general labor and carpentry tasks on-site
Move, organize, and handle materials as needed
Use basic tools such as drills, saws, nail guns, and tape measures
Support team members with daily operations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Take on hands-on tasks as they arise
What You Need
Reliable transportation to and from job site
Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
Team-oriented mindset
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
6+ months of construction or labor-related experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills
Work Environment
This is a physically active, outdoor role. You’ll be on your feet, working with your hands, and staying productive throughout the day in different weather conditions.
