About the Role
R.L. Hicks, a local General Contractor, is looking for a reliable Construction Worker to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction experience who can assist across multiple trades and take pride in doing quality work. You don’t have to know everything, but you should understand the basics and be willing to improve your skills.

Some experience in construction (drywall, framing, painting, or general construction work)
Takes pride in clean, quality work—not just getting it done
Detail-oriented and willing to learn new skills across multiple trades
Must have reliable transportation
Work Will Include
Demolition and site preparation
Installation tasks (drywall, basic framing, repairs, etc.)
Assisting with drywall finishing, patching, and prep for paint
Painting and jobsite touch-ups
Loading/unloading materials and general jobsite support
Maintaining a clean and professional jobsite (sweeping, organizing, etc.)
