Coming to work this morning I was on Mopac headed southbound. A black & white (not a Tuxedo) cat was deceased on the shoulder of Mopac at the area that is elevated above the river, 5th Street, 6th Street and W. Cesar Chavez, before you can take the exit for Rollingwood Drive. I’m sorry if this is your cat. I could not stop on the way to work. Perhaps someone reading this can go with their chip reader to see if it was chipped. I hope the location makes sense. You’d want to get in right lane and start looking for it, but it’s in the right shoulder and I think right above the river.
