Looking for an Austin-tastic Commercial Building Maintenance Technician ( these are single story commercial auto mobile dealerships ) so if you love being around cars you might love this role.
MIN: we seek someone with a min of 2 yrs in facility building maintenance with experience in commercial building preventative maintenance and repairs ( carpentry, painting, electrical , plumbing )
We have ( 2) openings one in our Lakeway Dealership and one in our North Austin Dealership
Can you be a super hero Maintenance Tech for our COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS and be a super hero for all three location one day ( Commercial Facility exp in HVAC mechanical, plumbing , electrical, basic carpentry repairs, doors hardware etc) , we do provide a company vehicle that you will use when you go pick up parts or travel to other locations. Thus: valid Drivers License and good driving record is A MUST

Requirements -
1. Hands-on experience in commercial building maintenance or commercial remodel and repair work as a service tech . Knowledge of all the main trades Plumbing - hvac - electrical - carpentry etc
2. Valid DRIVERS LICENCE and Good Driving record
3. We need someone who lives withing 20-30 min of the facility in LAKEWAY
