Scope of Work:

Remove and dispose of existing carpet and padding from approximately 1,400 sq ft of floor area.

Remove carpet from 15 stair steps, including staples and tack strips if present.

Prepare subfloor (cleaning, scraping, and minor leveling if needed).

Install 1,400 sq ft of vinyl plank or laminate flooring.

Install flooring on 15 stair steps, including treads and risers if required.

Install underlayment if required by flooring type.

Cut and fit flooring around walls, closets, and doorways.

Install stair noses on each step.

Install transition strips and trim pieces where needed.

Final cleanup and removal of job debris.

Notes:

Major subfloor repairs are not included unless specified.

Flooring materials will be provided by contractor.
