Good morning, I have found some framing issues in our home we are remodeling. Of particular concern, upon removing the carpet, we found a roughly 3/4”-1” elevation change from one side to the other at the top of the stairwell. There are also a few joists that are sagging that we need to resolve, as well as add some subfloor support between joists.
We are performing most of the remodel work ourselves, but could use some experienced help with these challenges.
