Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM start)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

We are seeking reliable General Laborers to support daily operations in Austin. This is a hands-on role performing manual labor tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general manual labor tasks under supervision
Load and unload materials and equipment
Assist with lifting, moving, digging, and refilling tasks
Support grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, etc.)
Operate basic equipment as needed in an assisting role
Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred
0–4 years general labor experience preferred
Ability to perform physical work full shift
Must lift up to 30 lbs regularly
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Reliable and safety-focused
Work Environment
This position involves physical, outdoor manual labor including exposure to noise, dirt, weather conditions, and typical industrial site environments.
