Seeking a reliable General Laborer to perform a variety of manual labor tasks under direct supervision. This is a short-term contractor opportunity supporting daily operations at our Austin South Lease Co location.
Responsibilities:
Perform general labor duties including lifting, moving, loading, and unloading materials
Assist with site cleanup and maintenance activities
Digging, refilling holes, mowing grass, trimming, and other outdoor tasks as needed
Assist with equipment operations when assigned
Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
0–4 years of previous labor or related experience preferred
Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors
Ability to lift and move materials (up to 30 lbs regularly)
Ability to work in environments with dirt, odors, noise, and changing weather conditions
Must be reliable and safety-focused
Work Environment:
Manual labor setting
Outdoor work environment
Exposure to physical demands including standing, walking, lifting, and handling materials
